KLANN HISTORY
- 1978
Foundation of KLANN Spezialwerkzeugbau GmbH in Donaueschingen. The business purpose of the company was and is the development, production and world-wide distribution of Special Tools for vehicle repairs.
- 1988
Foundation of KLANN Tools Ltd. in the UK, with the aim of strengthening the international position of our company.
- 1992
After 14 years of presence in the Breslauer Straße 31 the new company building was errected 10 house numbers away. Now, KLANN with its administration, warehouse and state-of-the-art machinery for production is located on a property of 15.000 m² with an effective area of 5.600 m²
- 1998
Foundation of KLANN France S.A.R.L. north west of Paris to be present in French speaking areas.
- 2001
Foundation of KLANN Tools Inc. in the USA, to establish KLANN on the American market.
- 2002
The effective area in Donaueschingen is enlarged by 1.300 m². The warehouse is enlarged and a multifunctional Testing- and Training-Center is established.
- 2002
KLANN is Partner in the GEDORE Group.
- 2010
Klann Tools UK relocates to Skipton.
